Every order is tracked. Your dispatch email includes a tracking link, and the carrier's page updates within 12–24 hours of the first scan. If nothing moves after three business days, email us with your order number.

Email hello@aichano.com within one hour of ordering and we will try to catch it before it is packed. Once it has dispatched, the fastest route is a return or exchange — we will send a prepaid label.

Yes, from ten sets. Email your team size, colours and deadline to hello@aichano.com and we will send a quote, an embroidery proof and a fit kit you can borrow. Allow 5–8 business days once approved.

Enter it in the discount field at checkout. One code per order, and codes cannot be combined with sale pricing or gift cards. If a code will not apply, check its expiry date and minimum spend.

Orders leave our Charleston studio within 1–2 business days. Order before 1pm EST Monday–Friday and we aim to dispatch the same day; weekend orders go out on Monday.

Standard shipping is $6, or free on US orders over $75. Express is $14 (2 business days) and overnight is $24 (next business day, Monday–Thursday). Studio pickup is free. See all delivery options.

We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and New Zealand for a flat $18 — free over $150. Delivery is 7–12 business days, and local duties or taxes may be collected on delivery.

Tracking can take 24 hours to register its first scan, and occasionally a hub misses one. If there is no movement after three business days, email your order number and we will chase the carrier.

Thirty days from delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags. Try things on over your own clothes — that is what the tags are for.

Worn, washed or altered pieces, embroidered or personalised items, final-sale styles and gift cards. Sets need to come back complete — top and pant together.

We inspect returns within two business days of arrival. Card refunds take 5–10 business days to appear; store credit lands in 1–2; exchanges ship within two business days.

Measure your bust, waist and hip, then compare with the charts in our size and fit guide. Choose tops by bust and pants by hip. Between sizes? Size down for a closer fit, up for ease.

Yes. Every pant comes in Petite (27″), Regular (30″) and Tall (33″). Waist and hip measurements are the same across lengths; Tall adds an inch to the rise.

Unisex styles are cut straighter and run about one size larger. If you usually wear a women's medium, choose small. The fit guide has the full measurements.

Send it back within 30 days for a free US exchange. Email your order number to the care team and we will send a prepaid label and reserve your new size while it travels.

Wash cold (30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle, inside out, with about half the usual mild detergent. Skip softener and bleach, then hang dry or tumble low. Full care routine.

No to both. Softener coats the fibres and reduces stretch and wicking; bleach breaks down spandex and dulls colour. A mild detergent is all the fabric needs.

Colour is tested for washfastness, and with cold washing it stays true. Wash new dark colours separately for the first three washes, avoid high heat, and keep bleach and benzoyl peroxide away from collars.

Our fabrics are not treated with antimicrobial finishes. They are chosen for breathability and washability — wash after every clinical shift and follow your facility's protocol for protective clothing.

No — guest checkout is available. An account keeps your order history, saves addresses and makes reordering faster. You can create one at checkout or from the account icon.
